  38. exchange files with each other :-)  Licensing is not required to USE the
  39. software, only when it is to be treated as a product or commodity in a
  40. commercial setting -- i.e. when it is sold as a commercial product or
  41. included in or with a commercial product, or furnished to a customer or
  42. client as part of a commercial service, e.g. by a consultant or contractor.
